Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic all customers are required to come equipped with their own non surgical mask. THESE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. Please be advised that you will be required to wear the mask for the duration of the appointment. Customers will also be required to wash their hands thoroughly upon arrival.
Only the client getting their hair done is permitted to attend the appointment with no exceptions. This policy is particularly to enforceable during the current pandemic for health and safety reasons.
All prices for services DO NOT include hair however for booking made a minimum of 3 weeks in advance, we are willing to provide the appropriate hair if requested. In such cases the final price will include the cost of the hair. We are also willing to advise on the best hair to purchase for specific hairstyles if the client wishes to purchase hair independently.
For clients doing weaves and braids please be advised that your natural hair must be washed and blow dried prior to the appointment. Extensions for braiding must be pre-pulled by client and ready to be installed. If the client wishes for us to treat hair in advance of appointment the hair must be hair must be dropped off 3 days in advance; please consult price list for charges associated with these services.
There is a £20 deposit in order to secure your appointment. For all appointments cancelled 48 hours in advance the deposit will be refunded and for appointments rescheduled in that time frame the deposit will simply be carried over. However for late cancellations with under 48 hours notice we reserve the right to keep the £20 deposit.
Please be advised that there is a strict policy regarding lateness. Clients will be charged £5 for 10 minute increments up to 30 minutes after which point the appointment will be cancelled and we reserve the right to keep the deposit as payment.
Please note we are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-6pm. Drop off and pick ups can be pre-arranged during the above open hours.
